Payment

Sole Sorcery accepts all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express), associated prepaid and gift cards, and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe.


Order Processing

Order processing is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. Our items are handmade to order, therefore, processing time is normally 1-2 business days. We will keep in frequent contact with you regarding any changes to processing time.

Our cut-off time for processing is 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days. Orders received after this time, or on weekends, will be processed the following business day.


Cancellation/Order Change

There is no mechanism to cancel or change an order once it has been completed on the website. In addition, as our items are made to order, once we receive your request we immediately begin creating your product. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or order changes.


Shipping Dates

Sole Sorcery sends all items via USPS Ground Advantage (which is First Class Mail for packages) or Priority Mail, depending on weight. We ship on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. Following processing, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be shipped.

In the event of a shipping delay, we will contact you immediately through email, and keep you up to date on the status of your delivery.


Shipping Locations

​We ship within the United States, and to U.S. territories. Currently, we do not ship outside of the U.S.


Shipping Rates and Sales Tax

We charge $5.00 flat rate shipping for all orders under $35.00, and shipping is free for orders of $35.00 and up. We do not charge handling fees.

Products shipped to addresses in the state of Maryland are subject to a 6% sales tax.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

​You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Note that tracking statuses often take at least 24 hours to update once they have been generated.


Incorrect Address Provided

​We will not replace items that were sent to incorrect shipping addresses, nor will we change an address once an order has been placed. Therefore, please make sure that you provide the correct address at the time of checkout.


Damaged and Lost Products

Sole Sorcery is not liable for any products damaged, misplaced, or lost during or after shipping. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Returns and Refunds

Sole Sorcery does not accept returns nor provide refunds, except in the event that we ship out the incorrect item. You must report this to us within 2 business days of receipt of the product.
