Current Status

Sole Sorcery is operating on a normal schedule. Our coronavirus/COVID 19 policies will remain listed below, and you can view our prior updates on the coronavirus here.

The safety and well-being of our clients is our top priority.

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact on communities, Sole Sorcery feels it is important to connect with you to share how we are taking steps to maintain a clean, safe environment, and what you can do to help.

We understand and appreciate the great deal of trust you place in us by allowing us in your home to provide mobile services. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

What We are Doing to Prevent the Spread of Illness

These are our current practices, which we will continue:

  • Thoroughly wash hands before and after every client

  • Provide clean and freshly washed towels, washcloths and linens for each session

  • Ensure that reflexology chair and Reiki table are wiped down with disinfectant before and after each appointment

  • Cancel or reschedule appointment in the event that we do not feel well

We are also waiving the fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance due to illness.

Please Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment If:

  • You have a cold, cough or flu-like symptoms including a fever

  • You have been in contact with anyone tested positive for the virus

  • You have traveled to a 'hotspot' in the U.S. (area with a high concentration of residents with COVID-19)

  • You have traveled internationally within two weeks of your appointment date

  • You have been on a cruise ship within two weeks of your appointment date

What You Can Do to Prevent the Spread of Illness

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using an appropriate cleaning spray or wipe

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing

  • Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not readily available (but always wash hands with soap and water if they are visibly dirty)

We thank you for your understanding and patience during these complicated times. We will continue to monitor the CDC, Maryland Department of Health, and WHO websites for updates on the situation. Be well.
